• Develop and delivery of management training programs in areas such (but not limited to) as organizational analysis and design, leadership development, strategy development,  employee engagement, 360 feedback, team dynamic, organizational culture, change management, and performance assessment.

• Assist in the development of and implementation of basic, mid-level and senior management training curriculum. 

• Develop new strategic programs and/or interventions based on the 5 Discovery/Self-Directed Learning Process model and the Emotional Intelligence model.

• Provide coaching to mid-level and senior management on performance, individual and team development and career pathing.

• Develop an understanding of company key business objectives in order to translate those into effective training programs. 

• Identify and implement alternative and/or customized training solutions (e.g., e-learning, webcasts, etc.) to meet initiative and learning/development needs. 

• Work with all segments of the organization to analyze training needs, monitor, evaluate and report on program effectiveness, identify and track key metrics and incorporate into a corporate training plan. 

• Develop and maintain close partnerships across the organization to maximize the effectiveness of training interventions. 

• Develop and implement communications strategies and leadership learning plans.
